How Can I Schedule Services?

Simple, at this time, we offer three options for you to schedule services:

You can fill out the CONTACT US FORM and we will contact you as quickly as possible.

You can call us at: (203)543-9092 to request service between the office hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday only.

Or you can email us: bark@bedandbiscuitspetsittingservices.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What Services Do You Offer?

Cat Sitting ~ feeding and watering, cleaning the litter box and play or companion time if your cat desires.

Dog Walking/ Visits ~ quick potty breaks, playtime in your backyard, leashed walks, feeding and watering.

Overnight Pet Care at Your House ~ We’ll happily stay overnight with your pet. Staying overnight usually consists of a 12-hour stay. During that time, we can walk the dog, feed and play with your pet and provide companionship for them.

Vacation Pet Care ~ We can stay at your house while you’re away on vacation. For those pets who are comfortable by themselves, we can visit at different periods of the day to ensure they are doing well. For dogs, we suggest 3 – 4 visits a day and for cats, at the minimum one visit a day.

Private Home boarding for dogs ~ we are crate free unless your dog prefers one. We request that your dog has a Meet and Greet with our pack prior to their impending stay to ensure all dogs will be comfortable with each other. We also request that you provide proof that your dog is up to date with their rabies & distemper vaccinations.

**While you are away, we can bring in your mail and newspapers, set out the trash on collection day, water plants, and turn lights and the TV/radio on and off so it appears that you are home.

When Are Payments Due?

Payments are due prior to our service with your pets. At this time, we accept cash or checks.

A 30% reservation deposit is required for a week or longer for vacation care service; the balance is due prior to services commencing.

Please be aware if you write a check and there are insufficient funds in the account and the check bounces, you will be charged an additional fee of $35.00.

If payment isn’t received before or on the date of pet service or if we have to make another trip to your home to pick up payment from you, an additional $15.00 fee will be added to your bill.

Do You Still Attend Visits In All Kinds Of Weather?

We have no problems coming to care on rainy or cold days. If it rains we ask that you leave a specific towel to dry off your pet before he comes inside the house. If the weather is extreme (such as heat waves, dangerous snow or ice, thunderstorms, etc.), service will be modified for the safety of everyone involved, especially your pet. We will always make sure your pet is safe.

Are There Holiday Fees?

Yes, there is an additional $7.00 per visit holiday charge for the following holidays:

New Year’s Eve and Day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day.

Aggressive Dogs

Bed and Biscuits doesn’t accept aggressive or untrained dogs. All dogs must be leashed trained. No exceptions.

Emergencies

Client agrees to authorize Bed and Biscuits Pet Sitting Services to handle any pet emergencies that may arise. In the event the client can not be contacted, the client authorizes Bed and Biscuits Pet Sitting Services to use their best judgment.

Bed and Biscuits Pet Sitting Services asks that you have a responsible party to take care of your pet(s) in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as major inclement weather or a natural disaster. It’s best that your emergency contact is a neighbor or a family member who lives close by and has access to your home in the event of an emergency like this. If a responsible party does have to take care of your pet, Bed and Biscuits Pet Sitting Services isn’t responsible for your pet in these circumstances.
